We are glad you are here. These Community Guidelines are incorporated into the Terms of Use governing our mobile applications (the “App”). Please read them so you understand the standards expected whenever you interact with other players.
Accepting These Community Standards
Accessing or using the App means that you agree to follow these Guidelines together with our Terms of Use. We may revise the Guidelines when community or safety needs change, and you should review them periodically. If you are unwilling to follow them, you must stop using the App.
Treat Others with Respect
Our games may offer interactive elements such as display names, profiles, direct messages, or public chat spaces. When those features are available, every player must:
- communicate with other people respectfully;
- leave out language that insults, abuses, offends, or is otherwise inappropriate; and
- help maintain an inclusive, secure, and friendly environment.
Failure to meet these expectations may result in feature limits, an account suspension, or permanent loss of access.
Protect Creative Rights and Personal Privacy
- Share only authorized material. Upload content you created yourself or are legally permitted to use. Do not copy another person’s work or present it as your own.
- Protect personal information. Never publish sensitive details belonging to you or another person, including legal names, telephone numbers, email addresses, payment information, home addresses, or government identifiers.
Material We Do Not Permit
For player safety and the integrity of our services, do not post or share any of the following:
- Illegal or dangerous material: encouragement, instructions, or depictions involving terrorism, unlawful drugs or downloads, abuse, severe violence, self-harm, or another hazardous activity.
- Hate, harassment, or threats: threats, intimidation, bullying, or discriminatory abuse aimed at an individual or group, whether based on race, ethnicity, religion, sex, gender, disability, sexual orientation, or another identity.
- Sexual or exploitative content: explicit, suggestive, or soliciting material; any content involving the sexual exploitation or endangerment of minors; and adult or dating-focused conversations.
- Spam, fraud, and deception: repeated unwanted posts, unauthorized advertisements, scams, misleading offers, gambling promotion, or attempts to manipulate another user.
Reporting Concerns and Requesting Support
When something you see or experience may breach these standards, take one of these steps:
- use the reporting tool inside the game when one is available; or
- send the relevant account, message, and incident information to [email protected].
Response times may vary when report volume is high. If you believe an enforcement action was made in error, you may use the same email address to request a review.
