Scope of These Rules

Two parts of the Lucky Lama Games promotional experience are covered here: the Lucky Bills program, which credits qualifying in-game activity, and the promotional or randomly determined reward features available in our published mobile titles. In these Rules, Lucky Lama Games may also be called the “Sponsor.” We are a game company based in the Republic of Türkiye, and the covered features may appear across our catalogue, including Lucky Pusher.

Three documents govern entry into a qualifying in-game event: these Rules, our Terms of Use, and our Privacy Policy. By entering, a participant accepts all three.

Apple, Google, and PayPal Independence

Apple Inc. and Google LLC have no role in sponsoring, approving, running, or administering Lucky Lama Games titles or their promotional features. Their respective names and marks remain the property of those companies.

The PayPal name is a PayPal, Inc. trademark. Responsibility for Lucky Lama Games promotions, reward programs, administration, and fulfillment remains with us; PayPal neither sponsors nor conducts those activities.

We build each promotional or reward feature to meet the applicable Apple App Store and Google Play requirements.

Free Participation

No purchase or payment is required to enter eligible promotional events or use qualifying reward systems. Participation is free and, in some cases, may be made available by choosing to watch an advertisement.

A player receives neither better promotional odds nor favorable or unequal treatment by purchasing an in-game item.

Void where prohibited by law.

Who May Participate

To take part, every user must satisfy all three conditions below:

• have already reached the age of 18;
• reside in one of the supported countries; and
• observe both this document and every law that applies.

At present, Lucky Lama Games makes its titles available in these supported territories:

• United States
• Canada
• United Kingdom
• Germany
• France
• Italy
• Spain
• Japan

No entry is permitted in a location where the law bans or limits participation.

Promotional Features Covered

The promotional formats that can appear in a Lucky Lama Games title include, without being limited to:

• Number Draw;
• Lucky Draw;
• Lucky Spin;
• Scratch Card; and
• Prize Wheel.

These features exist for promotion and entertainment. None accepts or involves real funds as a bet, wager, or gambling stake.

Whenever a Number Draw, Lucky Draw, or another scheduled draw is offered, its in-game screen supplies the entry window’s start and finish, the reward or total reward pool, and any per-user entry cap. For that event, those displayed particulars are incorporated into these Rules.

How Number Draws Work

Eligible users may choose numbers for a scheduled promotional draw. When the entry period ends, the system selects winning numbers at random. A player whose selection matches may be awarded Lucky Bills, while a non-matching entry may receive a consolation reward. The likelihood of receiving a reward can change with participant volume and the conditions of the relevant event.

How Lucky Draws Work

During a Lucky Draw, the system creates random numbers for eligible participants. Winning numbers are randomly determined at the close of the event. Users with a match may receive Lucky Bills, and users without a winning match may be given a consolation reward.

Instant Random Reward Features

Lucky Spin, Scratch Card, and Prize Wheel may use randomized reward mechanics. Results are generated randomly and can differ by user or event. A system may distribute:

• Lucky Bills;
• in-game coins;
• bonus rewards; or
• consolation rewards.

Consult “Reward Probabilities (Odds)” below for the relevant chances. An event can use different values, and updates may be made when necessary.

Published Reward Chances

The following probabilities apply to instant randomized systems on both Apple App Store and Google Play versions. For a scheduled Number Draw or Lucky Draw, the odds depend on the total number of eligible entries received before that draw closes.

When a match occurs, the reward is distributed according to the following probabilities:

No-match reward: 500 Lucky Bills.

Prize Wheel Reward Distribution

Lucky Bills and Redemption

Lucky Bills are promotional points received through eligible play activities and promotional systems. They cannot be bought directly, have no cash value before a permitted redemption, and may not be staked, wagered, or used for betting.

PayPal redemption. Once a balance satisfies the minimum displayed in the game, the user may request the listed PayPal reward or cashout option under these Rules. The redemption screen always states both the applicable minimum and the rate used to translate Lucky Bills into reward value.

Rate changes. A revised minimum or conversion rate may apply to Lucky Bills obtained in the future. Lucky Lama Games will not use the revised terms to recalculate Bills acquired before the revision became effective.

How to redeem. Use the address already linked to your player account when filing a claim. We decline claims received from every other email address.

Regional availability. Country or regional differences can affect which rewards, redemption routes, and fulfillment arrangements are offered.

No income opportunity. These games exist as entertainment, not as work, an investment vehicle, or a promise of earnings. The reward a user receives can differ by event and activity, and no particular amount or outcome is assured.

How Outcomes and Winners Are Chosen

Lucky Lama Games uses an automated random process to produce draw results and other randomized outcomes. After a scheduled entry period closes, that process chooses from the complete set of qualifying entries. Users can find the relevant period and reward pool on the event screen.

Reward likelihood is affected by factors that can include:

• the number of participating users;
• the event configuration;
• the available reward pool; and
• the length of the event.

Misuse, Enforcement, and Disqualification

Any of the conduct listed below can cause us to limit, suspend, or terminate a user’s participation:

• use or abuse of multiple accounts;
• improper VPN or proxy use;
• bots, scripts, or other automation;
• emulator misuse;
• interference with a promotional system;
• use of unauthorized software; or
• fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading behavior.

We may reverse or cancel a reward traced to abusive conduct.

Verification Before Fulfillment

Some rewards and redemption requests will not proceed until the user completes checks relating to identity, age, participation eligibility, or account protection. Confirming the account’s registered email is one example of such a check.

Additional steps or tasks may be requested as part of security and fraud-prevention checks. Failure to complete a required check may lead to cancellation of the reward or limitations on the account.

Tax Responsibility

A reward may be taxable in the user’s jurisdiction. Each user is solely responsible for determining and paying applicable taxes. If a U.S. resident receives rewards with an aggregate value of USD 600 or more in a calendar year, Lucky Lama Games may require a completed IRS Form W-9 before fulfillment.

Changes, Suspension, or Cancellation

Legal, technical, security, or operational needs may require us to revise, pause, or discontinue a promotion, reward system, or promotional event.

Law Applicable to These Rules

The law of the Republic of Türkiye controls these Rules. If the user’s home jurisdiction grants consumer protections that cannot lawfully be waived, this provision leaves those protections intact.

Personal Data

Our Privacy Policy applies whenever a person takes part in a Lucky Lama Games title.
