Platform Terms & Conditions

1. AGREEMENT AND ACCEPTANCE

Agreement. These Terms of Use (the “Terms” or “Agreement”) are a binding contract between you, whether acting personally or for an organization (“you” or “User”), and Lucky Lama Games (“Lucky Lama Games,” the “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). They regulate access to and use of luckylama.games and every connected website, web product, mobile application, game, media channel, and service we provide (together, the “Games,” “Platform,” or “Services”). By using the Platform, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms and applicable law, and that you are responsible for complying with local requirements. Platform materials are protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws.

Important notice. These Terms carry legal consequences. If you do not accept every provision, you may not use the Platform and must discontinue access. The Terms take effect when you select “AGREE & CONTINUE” during registration or otherwise accept them while using the Platform (the “Effective Date”).

Included policies. This Agreement also includes, as binding parts of it, our Privacy Policy and Community Guidelines.

Platform owner. Lucky Lama Games operates and owns the Platform. We are a game company established in the Republic of Türkiye and can be reached in Türkiye at [email protected].

Modifications to the Platform. We may add, change, or remove Platform content or functionality at our discretion to preserve or improve operation, security, or compliance. To the extent permitted by law, we do not have to issue advance notice or updates and are not responsible to a user or third party for a change, suspension, or discontinuation.

Changes to the Terms. We may update this Agreement. The “Last updated” date will be revised and, where appropriate, notice may also appear through the Platform. Continued use after a revision means that you accept the current Terms. You are responsible for checking them periodically.

2. ACCOUNTS AND ELIGIBILITY

• Eligibility to register. You may not use the Platform if you cannot legally enter a binding agreement or if its use is prohibited under the law of Türkiye or your place of residence. Services are available only to people aged 18 or older. Registration or interaction by a minor is not permitted. By registering, you represent that you are not in a territory sanctioned by Türkiye and are not on an applicable government restriction or embargo list. A person accepting for a business or other entity represents that they have authority to bind it, and “you” then includes that entity.
• Account setup. Some functions require registration. Each person may hold only one account. Information such as your email address and display name must be accurate, current, and kept updated. Incorrect information may lead to restriction or closure.
• Account transfers. You may not share, sell, or transfer an account. Following deactivation or a ban, you may not evade the decision by registering under another name or impersonating another person. We may pursue available remedies for an attempted evasion.
• Username policy. We may alter or remove a display name that we consider offensive, deceptive, unsuitable, or likely to cause confusion.
• Guest users. Limited guest access may be offered with reduced functions. Registration is generally needed for full access. Unless we expressly state otherwise, these Terms apply to guests as well.
• Your responsibilities. You must provide complete and truthful information, keep account details current, obey these Terms, refrain from unauthorized or unlawful acts, protect login credentials, and accept responsibility for activity through your account.
• Notifications. Verification messages, security warnings, and other communications about the Platform or your account may be sent to the email address you provide.
• Closing your account. You may permanently delete your account. Confirmed deletion is irreversible and removes account and profile information from our active systems, subject to the retention described in our Privacy Policy. Interactions already delivered to others, including messages, may remain visible.

3. PLATFORM SERVICES AND FEATURES

• Service description. Our offering consists of mobile-game entertainment and the functions around it: gameplay, events, promotional activities, optional rewards, account management, and player support.
• Personalized content. Activity history, chosen preferences, and device configuration may inform which recommendations, offers, content, or in-game events you see.
• Optional premium features. A title may include subscriptions, in-app purchases, or other optional premium functions that provide cosmetics, convenience, enhanced functionality, or similar benefits. Paying never increases the chance of a promotional outcome or reward.
• Reward system. Eligible play, progress, events, and other permitted activities may generate Coins, Lucky Bills, promotional credits, or virtual items. Coins are linked to active, real-time activity rather than passive use. Some virtual items or credits may have limited redemption options, subject to eligibility, verification, availability, country restrictions, and relevant rules. A reward not claimed within 15 days may expire and be forfeited. Claims must come from the registered email address; submissions from another address are refused. Rewards cannot be exchanged or refunded unless the law requires it.
• Designated redemption. Only the merchant or platform named for a reward can be used to redeem it.
• No responsibility. Except for gross negligence or wilful misconduct, we are not responsible for a lost, stolen, or defective reward. An account suspected of misuse may be disabled.
• Contests and challenges. We may make contests or in-app challenges available from time to time. Each will be governed by its displayed rules and eligibility terms. We may amend or cancel a contest as permitted by law.
• Third-party content. Advertisements, services, or material belonging to third parties may appear in or be linked from a Service. Choosing to use them is your responsibility; their availability, reliability, and quality are not guaranteed by us.
• Invite Friends feature. A referral or invitation function may be offered. Any associated benefit depends on the conditions shown in the game, availability, eligibility, and fraud review.
• Mini-games, promotional reward features, and reward redemption. Some mini-games or promotional features assign rewards randomly using stated probabilities. Minor result variation may arise from rounding, platform differences, eligibility requirements, or technical constraints. Lucky Lama Games titles may offer promotional events, randomized features, activities, contests, giveaways, and similar systems. Their eligibility, odds, rewards, and platform limitations are stated in the App or our Official Reward Program Rules. No purchase is required. Purchases, subscriptions, optional purchases, or premium functions do not improve the probability of a reward. Features, virtual currencies, redemption options, and reward types can differ by platform, app version, country, or region. Certain features provide in-game currency only and cannot be redeemed for real-world value.

Platform disclaimer. Apple Inc. and Google LLC do not sponsor and are not responsible for operating, administering, or fulfilling any Lucky Lama Games promotion, reward feature, contest, giveaway, or reward system.

Modification and termination. To the extent allowed by law, we may change, suspend, or end a mini-game, virtual-item system, promotional feature, or redemption method.

4. FAIR-USE AND PLAYER CONDUCT RULES

We want every player to encounter a fair, secure, and constructive experience. The rules in this section protect authentic play, meaningful rankings, and honest competition. Use of the Platform means you will participate actively and in good faith; violations may produce disciplinary action.

• International compliance and export law. Lucky Lama Games operates from Türkiye. A person accessing from elsewhere chooses to do so and must comply with local rules. Services are for lawful use only, and our software may not be downloaded or re-exported contrary to Turkish export restrictions.
• Unfair advantage and exploits. You may not obtain an advantage through dishonest or manipulative methods, including exploiting a defect, using unauthorized functions, or interfering with a play result. Violations can cause account penalties or a permanent ban.
• Social features conduct. When using communication or social tools, you must comply with our Community Guidelines. We may limit or remove access to social functions after a violation.

Account Integrity Requirements

• Single account policy. One active account is permitted for each person. Multiple accounts and account transfers are forbidden.
• Reward redemption. Use the email registered to your account when making a reward claim; a claim submitted from another email will be declined.

Disallowed Tools and Environments

The following tools and environments are not permitted during play and may result in immediate suspension:

• Auto-clicking tools: any utility that produces taps or other controls instead of genuine manual interaction by the player.
• Emulators: running or reaching the Platform inside software that imitates a physical device.
• Game-hacking tools: unofficial modification, unlocking, or manipulation of game content.
• Temporary or disposable emails: disposable addresses used to create an account.
• Rooted or jailbroken devices: service access or redemption may be refused when the device has been rooted, jailbroken, or otherwise modified.

Network and Device Safeguards

• VPN and proxy usage. Access through a VPN, proxy, bot, or automated traffic system is not allowed and may be treated as manipulation.
• Multi-device IP limitations. No more than three devices may use the same IP address without special approval. Our systems monitor network activity, and exceeding that limit may be flagged as suspicious and lead to review or penalties.
• Manual review. Advance permission from our team is required when a shared connection is used, including at a school or internet café.

By continuing to use Lucky Lama Games, you accept these fair-play requirements and our right to enforce them to protect Platform integrity and the community.

CONDUCT WE DO NOT PERMIT

You must not use the Services in a way that breaches this Agreement or endangers the rights or safety of another person. In particular, you may not:

• circulate unrequested advertising or large-scale marketing, including spam and pyramid schemes;
• make available anything we reasonably judge to be abusive, defamatory, harassing, sexually explicit, violent, offensive, or otherwise inappropriate;
• direct threats, humiliation, intimidation, bullying, harassment, or demeaning treatment toward an individual or group;
• encourage hatred or violence, or place another person at risk of emotional or bodily harm;
• request or distribute sexual material involving anyone under 18, or exploit or endanger a minor;
• break laws protecting children, or circulate hateful, discriminatory, or offensive material targeting characteristics such as race, ethnicity, religion, gender, or disability;
• use bots, scripts, or unauthorized automation to access or interact with the Platform;
• pursue an unlawful or unapproved purpose through the Platform, including sharing material contrary to law or this Agreement;
• decompile, reverse-engineer, hack, copy, or attempt to reproduce the Services or software;
• use a bot, spider, scraper, or automated method to retrieve Platform content or data;
• disrupt ordinary Platform operation, evade technical limits, or breach our technical policies;
• redistribute abusive or rights-infringing content, including content first uploaded by someone else;
• access or pass on personal information about another user unless that user has expressly agreed; or
• impersonate a person or misrepresent an identity, relationship, or affiliation.

Harmful Code and Technical Misuse

Content introduced to or transmitted through the Platform must never:

• breach a contract or legal duty;
• carry malicious code—such as a Trojan horse, worm, or virus—or be designed to harm hardware, a network, or telecommunications infrastructure;
• prevent normal use of the Platform or interfere with another person’s ability to access and enjoy it;
• collect a name, address, email, or other personal data without permission; or
• facilitate phishing, fraud, crime, or entry into data or systems without authorization.

A violation may lead to legal action, suspension, permanent removal, or a report to the appropriate authorities.

5. PURCHASES, CHARGES, AND BILLING

If you purchase or subscribe to a Service, you agree to pay all charges shown with the applicable price and billing method. The method chosen at checkout will be charged. Any refund is handled in accordance with applicable law and the conditions presented on the relevant sales page.

You must maintain accurate billing and account data, including the email address, payment method, and expiration date, and promptly update changes. Online billing services may process Platform purchases. Prices are stated in U.S. dollars unless a different currency is displayed. A processor may convert the amount to local currency and add its own fees.

Charges are due in full at purchase at the then-current price. For recurring billing, you authorize charges at the stated interval without separate approval on each renewal. You are responsible for cancelling a recurring Service when you no longer want it.

Billing may be handled by the Apple App Store, Google Play, or another provider. Your use of a processor is also governed by its terms and privacy policy. To the extent allowed by law, Lucky Lama Games is not responsible for problems arising from a third-party payment processor.

We may revise prices or payment conditions, correct billing mistakes, and reject or cancel an order. Changes affecting a recurring plan may be implemented through the selected payment provider as permitted by its rules and applicable law.

6. DURATION, SUSPENSION, AND TERMINATION

How Long the Agreement Applies

This Agreement continues while you maintain an account or use the Services. When use ends, provisions that by their nature are intended to survive remain effective. Following account closure or app removal, you must no longer access the Services.

Clauses concerning payments and fees, intellectual property, no warranty, liability limits, indemnity, force majeure, the entire agreement, headings, and governing law and language survive termination.

When Access May End

• By the user. A user may end participation whenever they choose by removing the account or uninstalling the application.
• By Lucky Lama Games. To the extent permitted by law, we may restrict, disable, or end access without advance notice, including for a breach of these Terms, law, or community rules. We may block specified IP addresses or remove submitted content. Termination does not eliminate outstanding payment obligations.
• Due to inactivity. An account with no login, redemption, or other activity for 180 consecutive days may be classified as inactive and deleted without notice. Unused balances, credits, virtual items, or benefits may cease to be available after an inactivity closure.
• Due to Terms violations. A suspected violation of this Agreement or of another party’s rights—including intellectual-property rights—may result in immediate Service limits or account deactivation. Any coins or rewards left on the account can be forfeited without restoration.
• Fraudulent or underage accounts. An account involved in fraud or operated by a person under 18 may be terminated. Examples include installing, accessing, or altering an app through an unauthorized source, unofficial build, emulator, automation tool, or modified device; using stolen or fabricated credentials; deceptive or manipulative conduct; tools that simulate engagement; or dishonest acquisition of coins or rewards.
• Device use and account switching. Only one device may access an account at a time. Device changes may be limited to once in a 30-day period. Frequent changes or unusual patterns can trigger a review or account restriction.

7. PRIVACY AND PERSONAL DATA

Lucky Lama Games is committed to respecting and protecting personal information. We process device and Service-use data to confirm eligibility, administer rewards and campaigns, operate accounts, and resolve problems. Under relevant data-protection rules, Lucky Lama Games acts as an independent data controller.

When you play our games, enter an event, use a promotional function, or request redemption, we may process account, device, gameplay, and activity information as described in the Privacy Policy. That policy explains collection, storage, use, disclosure, safeguards, and privacy rights in detail.

8. OWNERSHIP AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

• Unless expressly stated otherwise, Platform materials—including source code, databases, functionality, design, media, text, graphics, and marks—belong to Lucky Lama Games or are used under license. The content and marks are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws in the United States and internationally.
• Content and marks are made available “AS IS” only for personal, non-commercial use. No Platform material may be copied, altered, reused, published, distributed, or commercially exploited without our prior written authorization.

9. PLATFORM AND CONTENT LICENCES

A. Your Licence to Access the Platform

Permission We Give You

If you satisfy the eligibility rules, Lucky Lama Games gives you a revocable, limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-commercial license to access the Platform and use or download permitted content solely for personal purposes in compliance with this Agreement.

This permission transfers neither title nor ownership. Lucky Lama Games and its licensors keep every right that is not specifically given to you here.

Limits on That Permission

The license does not permit you to:

• reproduce or make changes to a Platform element;
• use materials publicly or commercially;
• derive or try to discover source code by reverse engineering any software;
• remove a proprietary notice or copyright marking; or
• place, duplicate, or distribute the content on a different server or platform.

A violation may terminate the license. After termination, we may require deletion of downloaded or stored materials.

B. Software EULA Terms

Where software is accompanied by a separate End User License Agreement, that EULA controls its use. If no separate EULA is supplied, these Terms grant only the limited, personal, and non-transferable software license described above.

Software is supplied “AS IS,” without warranty, and used at your own risk. It may not be redistributed or repackaged unless the applicable EULA or these Terms expressly allow it.

C. Rights Granted for User Contributions

We may allow reviews, comments, feedback, images, text, video, and other materials (collectively, “Contributions”). A Contribution may appear publicly or be used by us without an obligation of confidentiality.

A submitted Contribution comes with a worldwide licence in favor of Lucky Lama Games and its affiliates. The licence is perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, and fully paid, and permits use, reproduction, editing, translation, publication, derivative works, distribution, and display in every medium.

You represent and warrant that:

• the Contribution is your original work and you own it, or you possess every authorization needed to use it;
• every identifiable person depicted or mentioned has provided the necessary permission and release;
• the Contribution does not violate law or another person’s rights; and
• both these Terms and the Prohibited Conduct rules are satisfied by the Contribution.

At our discretion, a Contribution may be reviewed or moderated and then approved, rejected, or removed.

10. CONFIDENTIAL MATERIALS

• Communications with Lucky Lama Games and Platform materials can contain our confidential information, including anything labelled confidential or reasonably understood to be confidential from its context. You must not disclose such information to a third party without our prior written consent.
• Information is not confidential if you independently developed it without reference to our materials, legally obtained it from a source with no duty of confidence, or it entered the public domain without your act or fault.
• If disclosure is legally compulsory, you may reveal the confidential information after giving us advance notice, except when a court or government body bars that notice.
• The Privacy Policy, rather than this confidentiality section, explains how we protect and use your personal information.

11. WARRANTY DISCLAIMERS

a. General Service Warranty Disclaimer

• TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE PLATFORM AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” AND USE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK. LUCKY LAMA GAMES AND ITS AFFILIATES DISCLAIM EXPRESS AND IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND WARRANTIES ARISING FROM PRACTICE OR USAGE. WE DO NOT PROMISE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION OR THAT THE PLATFORM WILL SATISFY YOUR REQUIREMENTS.
• We do not warrant that content or downloads are free from viruses or other harmful code. You accept the risk of a download and responsibility for resulting device damage or data loss.
• Platform information may contain technical, typographical, or visual mistakes. We do not guarantee that all content is complete, current, or accurate and may correct or update it without notice.
• We do not verify every user Contribution. The submitting user is responsible for it, and, to the extent allowed by law, you release Lucky Lama Games from liability arising from your own Contributions.

b. Third-Party and Game Content Disclaimer

• The Platform may contain links, SDKs, advertisements, offers, payment tools, or other integrations owned or controlled by third parties. You interact with them at your own risk. We are not responsible for their content, services, offers, availability, data practices, or performance.
• We do not control or endorse an external website, advertisement, or third-party game. Review the third party’s own terms and privacy practices before using it.
• LUCKY LAMA GAMES DISCLAIMS RESPONSIBILITY FOR THIRD-PARTY PRODUCTS, SERVICES, AND OFFERS MADE AVAILABLE THROUGH LINKS, ADVERTISING, OR OTHER MEANS. A THIRD-PARTY TRANSACTION IS SOLELY BETWEEN YOU AND THAT THIRD PARTY. USE APPROPRIATE CAUTION AND JUDGMENT.

c. Regional Access and Availability Disclaimer

• We may restrict or remove Platform access in a country when legal or regulatory requirements make operation unavailable, including where location is obscured using a proxy or VPN.
• Continuous availability is not guaranteed. Maintenance, upgrades, failures, and external interference may create downtime. To the extent allowed by law, we can alter or pause part or all of the Platform without prior notice or liability.

12. Liability Limits and Indemnity

• Where law permits, neither Lucky Lama Games nor its directors, personnel, or agents owes liability to a user or third party for loss connected with Platform use, whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, special, or punitive. This includes loss of data, revenue, or profit even when we were told such loss could occur.
• Regardless of the legal theory, our total liability for a claim will not exceed the amount, if any, that you paid directly to us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to that claim. Lucky Lama Games, its suppliers, and distributors are not liable for costs, losses, or damage that could not reasonably have been foreseen.
• You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Lucky Lama Games and related parties from claims, liabilities, expenses, and reasonable legal fees arising from your use of the Services or breach of this Agreement.

13. APPLICABLE LAW, ARBITRATION, AND LANGUAGE

Governing Rules and Dispute Venue

The law of the Republic of Türkiye controls this Agreement, including the provisions requiring arbitration.

A dispute that the parties cannot resolve amicably will be finally submitted to arbitration seated in Bursa, Türkiye under the Istanbul Arbitration Centre (ISTAC) rules in force when the dispute begins. One arbitrator will decide the matter, and the arbitration language will be English.

14. General Legal Provisions

Invalid Terms and Remaining Provisions

If a provision of these Terms or an attachment is unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, it will be separated to the necessary extent without affecting the remainder.

Events Beyond Reasonable Control

A circumstance beyond reasonable control excuses neither party’s failure or delay, except that fees and payments due under this Agreement remain payable despite such a circumstance.

The Complete Agreement

For the Platform, the full agreement between Lucky Lama Games and the user consists of these Terms; they supersede every earlier or concurrent understanding covering the same matter.

Use of Section Titles

Titles divide the document for easier reading only; they have no effect on the meaning of a provision.

Transfers of Rights and Duties

We may assign or transfer our rights and obligations under this Agreement. A user may not transfer an account.

Relationship Between the Parties

The arrangement remains solely between Lucky Lama Games and the user: it gives no enforceable benefit to an outside person and appoints neither side as the other’s agent, employee, partner, or joint venturer.

Notices Delivered Electronically

Use of the Platform, email, and online forms means you agree to electronic delivery of agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications by email or Platform notification.

You consent to electronic records and signatures and agree that they satisfy requirements for written communications. To the extent permitted by law, you waive a requirement for an original signature or non-electronic record.

Accordingly, electronic agreements and legal communications are valid.

Controlling Language

The governing version of these Terms is written in English. A translation is provided only for convenience; if versions conflict, the English text controls. Communications concerning this Agreement will also be in English.

Rights Are Not Waived by Delay

Failure to enforce a provision immediately is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.
